• Invite your team members.
• Make sure everyone's Bf3 ident is added.
• Challenge another team or leave an open challenge.
• Play your match.
• Enter your score.
• Your ranking is updated.

For teams looking for a server, head over to the BF3 forums where you'll find discussions on where to get the best deals and maybe even teams looking to share the cost of a server with another team.
