Well basically after parting ways with #converge i have decided to set up my own team.
Basically this is down to a few things all of which i have no need to go into here. What im looking for is 3 down to earth vskilled players to compete with European teams as it is my opinion that the uk scene is nearly dead, Bar the few decent teams and the obv pro ones out there i find it very hard to even get a game now days let alone a whole nights worth. There has been alot of thought put into this and im not running this on my own.
It has some very old skool people in the background giving me direction. This has already been going for 4 weeks just not mentioned it to anyone due to me needing to be sure i could stay this one out.
I have all the basics, Gamehosting server and vent and a xippy website ready to be used. All i am after is players with above average ability looking for a very keen team to pm me on here as the irc channel is keyd atm to prevent a few other mishaps ive had before.

I my self am a keen in game leader, I will keep morale high even in defeat and i will promise to be fair to all players. In return all i ask is dedication and comitment. Be ready.

Known mark for quiet a while now, and i can tell from the way he writes this post its another determined push from him to get somewhere bigger than hes been before. Hes absolutely right about wanting to keep morale high in a team as it does effect performance imo.and hes not a blind person when it comes to calling, he knows if something isnt right and he does take the blame maturely without throwing abuse at other people if a strat goes wrong (e,g hes the kind of person that will put his hand up and say Yes, that was my fault"
