Counterstrike 1.6 Season 16

We are back again for another season, counterstrike 1.6 never fails to amaze me after being around for many a year to think that so many people still play it competitively really is crazy.

Credit must really go to the original game makers for making such an addictive game.

So another season, season 16 as if, anyone who has played since season One I’m sure will be astounded like me that we have got to the 16th season.

Anyways everyone knows what a theSGL season involves and what we are about so i will refrain from the usual going on. So Instead of me carrying on about how we are going to try and stop defaults i am not going to even go there we have tried long and hard over the years to stop defaults and we still have not managed it. I will simply say that if your team wants to play in a league for fun, turn up to a game each week and have a bit of a laugh with your friends then you are more than welcome, it is all about enjoying the game after all.

The details:

If we get 8 teams the league will be 8 teams if we get 16 teams the league will have two divisions of 8 we will as ever try and accommodate as many teams that would wish to participate.
Games will be set to Sunday at 9pm and will be on your own servers
Map list is as follows: de_dust2, de_nuke, de_tuscan, de_inferno, de_forge, de_train,
de_mirage
You must have 5 players on your roster
Standard 1.6 rules apply.

There you have it if you and your team want a simple game of competitive counterstrike go sign up here.

As in theSGL traditional style i signoff with "Just ave it"

www.thesgl.com/cs/tournaments/ start date is on there wilkeh (which is the 4th March) and as stated in the above comment i have already told you games are on Sunday, tbh sgl leagues games have been on sunday for the last 5 season lol :)

I wrote a topic about few questions/informations that I needed there (http://www.thesgl.com/cs/forums/topic/529786/), anyway someone told me that maybe a team or more couldn't show up and then my team and I could take their slot into the League, does anyone know what do I have to do or to go for knowing about it ?

I've spent at least 600 hours on this game and have found 60+ legendaries and 8 or so sets. But comparing to games I've recently been playing like Torchlight buy d3 gold where I found my first unique 30 minutes into the game and Path of Exile where buy diablo 3 gold my first unique was two hours into the game, Diablo 3 blows in comparison. I was at least 100+ hours into the game before I found my first legendary lol. Oh and also note that in both of those games diablo 3 gold I constantly find new uniques/sets in regular intervals.
