ive pretty much decided to get an icemat/steelseries siberia white all the reviews are great it looks sexy and apparently the 3D is good.

yeah thats what i have although the piece holding the 2 earphones in place snapped so i had to get a cello tape job and the mic is broke so yeah make sure u take care of it better than me

5h v2 is so dire i had about 3 and they broke ive got icemats but i dont use them there good tho but i would say get a razer

i would go for a Speedlink medusa, last 1 of em broke because i pulled it by accident when the wire was stuck in the draw, but they are really good headsets, i even brought another one of them because there that good

if u have a 5.1 card (i presume u were using the medusa 5.1 3.5mm jack version, not the usb) then id get the Zalman 5.1 ZM-RS6F+M, they are cheap as chips (about 20-25 quid) and go straight into 5.1+ sound cards with good sound and build quality.
i also have medusas, they broke and the ear muff kept coming off. the shit build quality is well known with the medusas

I've got the black version and that but the mic is bad, mainly because you can't get it high enough on your face or close enough on your monitor to be heard.

although people were going on about pc350's?? - well if u wanna spend £100+ish (depending on where u get a pair from) for that pirce, they better be amazing :P

they are, the build is great and the sound quality + mic quality is amazing and also v comfortable.
I've had tons of headsets 5hv2s(broke), Siberias (broke), pc160s (broke) and these are the best ones i've had so far!
