   The thirty two teams who will be contesting the SteelSeries Continental Challenge Cup have been selected. The selections are of course based on the respective finishing positions of the teams within the CCL section of this event. Teams will no doubt be pleased to see that the medals have been dished out and added to all your accounts for the teams finishing in the top three places in each division.

The matches in this section begin on Tuesday 5th August and will be played each Tuesday for three week (August 19th) matches not played by this deadline will either be defaulted or voided depending on the status of the teams ability to play the tie.

There have been different numbers of teams entered from different divisions. For example the United Kingdom and Hungary have eleven divisions between them alone where Germany, Sweden and other have only one division. This has been reflected in the number of teams taken from the top division of each country to contest the CCC part of this event.

The teams have been seeded into eight divisions of four teams from each of these groups the top two will qualify for the last sixteen where single elimination best of three matchplay will come into effect. The winners and runners up in this event will each receieve a prize pack courtesy of the event sponsors SteelSeries.

If any of the teams listed are not able or do not intend to take part in this section of the event please do the decent thing and let us know asap so we can pass your place along to the next team in line for a place.
