We do like hosting the continet wide counter-Strike Source matches week in week out but we feel a bit removed from the action on a weekly basis. With this in mind we have decided to roll our sleeves up and also host a United Kingdom only CSS league season.

We intend to host the matches on our own servers, adminned with SRCtv and Skill Tracker for all league matches. SGLac will of course be mandatory in all cases.

Playoff Information:

The invite will see the top four teams at the end of the season go into a play off for the overall season title in a best of three maps format. The teams finishing in the bottom two places will be relegated to the Championship tier for the following season.

The Premiership tier will see the Champions promoted to the invite division for the following season and the teams occupying the next four places (2nd-5th) entered into a best of three play off to take the second promotion slot.

The teams finishing in the bottom there places in the Premiership will be relegated to the Championship tier for the following season.

The Championship tier will see the Champions of each division (west and east) promoted with the next four teams from each division entering into a eight team play off for the 3rd and final premiership spot.

Playoffs map choices, there will be 5 maps de_dust2, de_inferno, de_nuke, de_train and de_tuscan the highest seed will first eliminate a map followed by the other team eliminating a map. The highest seed will then pick the first map from the remaining maps and the other team will pick the second map from the remaining maps leaving the third map to be whatever is left.

As ever SGLac will be made available to all Counter-Strike Source players so you can use it as and when you wish due to the fluid nature of your fixtures.
