Would it come as a shock to some people that the sheer volume of applications from Hungary for the CCL event has resulted in at least three divisions being assigned just for this one country? Well it's evidence of not only a top tier of great teams but also a growing community underneath the likes of ancients and old boys inc which should stand them in good stead for some time to come. You don't always hear a great deal said about Hungary but when you take notice of the results that both ancients and obi have packed away over previous months - then pool their combined talents, you will have a line up that should be given some serious respect and from anyones point of view be considered as capable of beating anyone on their day,

It could be easy to write of Scotland even at this early stage and even though an out and out win against the opposition tonight would no doubt be thought of as being unlikely by most - it would be foolish to do so. With players taken from Infused, Alba Gu Bra, CTX and TLR there is no dearth of talent here and a win against the Hungarians is not out of the reach of their combined skills. One thing that always strikes me about Scotland is the sheer pride the people take in their country, possibly more than any other country here in this event, if they can harness that and every player drops some bombs then they could be in with a shout though I fear they could be in for a tough time.
