Since i got ma dual core ive had serious twitching in game ive set the affinity and cs is deffo runnin on both cores but its still fooked. Any ideas on WTF to do?.

set it to one core , remove and change gfx drivers to something else

If you got an nvidia gfx card, turn off threaded optimisation on gfx settings for cs.
