Vista
Currently some users of Windows Vista are either getting either black or erroneous screenshots. This is currently being investigated. Some users may find this worrying but the memory scans and other functions of SGLAC are unaffected and continue to work as expected.

Xfire
This in-game messaging client can cause the game to crash if run at the same time as the anticheat client. This is a problem with Xfire, and affects many other applications, not just SGLAC. Make sure you disable for the game you want to use SGLAC with in the Xfire options.

Bitdefender
BitDefender is an antivirus software suite. It is incompatible with SGLAC and can cause the game you are running to crash. The only way to remedy this is to uninstall it completely. There are many other superior free anti virus product on the market such as AVG Free which we recommend.

Comodo Firewall
Unfortunately this software can interfere with the internal workings of SGLAC. Users will receive an "Error 35" popup when trying to run SGLAC with this firewall installed. The only solution is to uninstall Comodo.
