I can download it but it won't install, plus i dont have access to another comp and/or a usb stick

cant you download it on another computer, then save it on disk/ pen drive and put it on yours or something ? :/

my comp wont let me install steam. it says my D: drive is invalid, i dont have it plugged in. How do i get it to install to C:?
