not worth doing if its a league. split the uk up into sixteen regions (or the first sixteen to get a team rostered) and just run a one/two nighter cup.
just do south east, south west, london, edinburgh, glasgow, birmingham, east (anglia etc), west midlands, east midlands, yorkshire and humber, north west, north east, wales, scotland, ireland and northern ireland.
