Now I'm not saying this is evidence of cheating, but I can't explain some distinct features of these screenshots (off AC) vs the same player on AC. Could be a bug from a recently installed GUI?
(The context of these screenshots is: eTs and his clan were boasting about beating a mix including players from my team and he sent these to me on msn).

Questionable features:
* Name is not highlighted. (eTs)
* Corners of scoreboard have square visual artifacts.
* Advert is almost completely transparent.
The excuse I heard so far was "resolution" or "bug" but the AC ones appear to be of the same low resolution as the non-AC ones and if it's just a random bug why did it happen on every screenshot off AC and none on AC?
It's like a fun game of spot the difference.

The first one is just the GUI as you can edit the transparency of scoreboard and adverts etc whilst making the GUI, same with the highlighting of your name, but the one with corners being squared I have no idea about :S

I suspected it might relate to a GUI, in which case the corners may be caused by a bug from a GUI too I guess. Clearly the corners just aren't being displayed properly, and are made from a seperate little image (or sprite).

its probs a new gui as the more recent sreenshots his fps is alot better whhere he has a new pc or gfx card
