Secret Team - Calling all clanless

Okay guys, here's the crack. A new top secret team is forming, and I've got a relatively new way of finding players. All you need to do is apply, I will be trialing ABSOLUTELY everybody that would like a trial. You get a minimum of 2 games to prove yourself. If you're in what I determine as the weakest two in the two games (I will trial 4 people at a time) then you will be dropped for the next two trialists. This will go on until we've got a good top few players.

So, you get a minimum of two games, if you're not dropped, you get another two games, and so on. How I determine how 'good' you are is not solely on whoever tops the scoreboard. You have to have the qualities of a good player, this includes good gamesense, good team chemistry, of course quick and reliable aim, but also an overall nice guy who I could see fitting into a new team well.

Everything will be provided when the team has been chosen, server, ventrilo, website, all the usuals, and I will not confirm who else is in the top secret team until the trials are over.

EVERYBODY gets a trial, regardless of whether we've had problems in the past, or if you're a relatively unknown player who's just got out of ED entry. This is my way of picking up new unknown players with a lot of potential, and hopefully a method that other people can use in the future.

You need to jump into #secret! and pm kikki, when we have 4 people on, we'll get some games, it's simple. You just need to meet the following critera before messaging me.

- Believe you are a capable player
- Mature, won't rage quit after a poor game, everyone has them
- Dedication to improve and keep on improving
- LAN able

There's a period at the moment which SGL AC is free to use, so I hope everyone will be using it! Thanks guys, no flame needed or even any posts, just jump in and PM me and we'll get started right away.

Trials start TOMORROW evening, first 4 online will play, need to jump into #secret! so I can get hold of you easily!

AC is free for the moment so shouldn't be a problem

hmm its a good system to get good players, but what if someone played decent for 4/5 games and not so great the next 2? they out??

also with 4 trialees your not gonna get that much team work, and i bet you'll come to a point where you get 4 great players and who dont know who to drop to trial others, and you might drop a better player because 2 games isnt enough....

your gonna be turning down a load of people so your gonna be making a fair few rivals
