I got the Samsung Widescreen Gaming Monitor, really nice screen, had it a few months, got warranty still on it, basically recently it occasionally has static looking lines go from top to bottom of the screen, they seem to be getting more frequent aswell, any ideas?

yea i fiddled around with my settings aswell but after about a month the lines came back... it was really strange.

To solve this problem i bought a new monitor, lead (monitor to PC) and finally graphics card which sorted my problem.. it well fucked me off.

try cleaning out the inside of ur PC aswell

ok, first thing i will do is clean inside, since the lines have gone thats good for now, if they re-appear i will take your advise and get a new lead, brand new one, cause it is an old one, i don't think i changed it since i had a big ass monitor, then if it still persists i will get a new g-card, thanks very much for all your help andeh, i hope they don't come back tho haha! <3 ty
