Ok so I've looked for AGES on how to remove mouse accel on vista, and I've tried everything but I can't get rid of it. I've unticked enhanced pointer precision in mouse properties. I've unticked mouse accel on logitech setpoint, I've ran the cpl mouse fix, but none of them have worked. I've also googled it and haven't been able to find anything. So does anybody know how?

your solution: learn to play with mouse accel then :>
i will also note that i use vista, and use the above commands (and untick enhance pointer precision) to achieve no mouse accel. try uninstalling your mouse drivers. drivers=badalways

reformat i think, you can upgrade from XP to vista but not the other way round. correct me if im wrong plx

I'm on vista and cpl mouse fix works :S, there is a way to delete the x+y curve registry's but I wouldn't recommend it.

Yeah just re-used the mouse fix and I still got mouse accel. So any help is much appreciated before I move back to XP next week

when i used vista i only had to uncheck it and not install any mouse drivers
that did it for me and it was fine after that. gl although i prefer xp vista is prob the way to go.
