My japeye is red raw, and my helmet has a few little lumps on it, they look like spots but they aren't white/yellow, they are just tiny lumps like they are going to turn into spots.

Sounds like herpes or genital warts get down the dr's some anti biotics should clear it up!

Don't piss around posting on forums, book a doctors appointment immediately.
It could also be a reaction to a new product, a detergeant or anything (lets not go into the finer details) soap etc - they can all cause a reaction with our skin, especially in the more sensitive areas!

i thought i had an sti ages ago, turned out im allergic to latex LOL. The latex free jonnys cost so much, like 12 quid for 5. You get 12 normal jonnys for a tenner.. misses went on the pill, piled aload of timber on, misses comes off the pill, now im skint cuz of the jonnys. It's a vicious circle.
