Have some sort of breakfast
Leave for work at 4:50
Get to work at 5am
Do shop stuff till opening
Open shop at 6am
Start paper work at 9am
Go home sometime after that

erm working days =
Get up 7.30 after alarm
Have some kind of shitty breakfast
get in the shower
dry off get dressed
brush my teeth and do my hair
get my lunch ready and get biking to work at about 8.30 :P or id probably get my lunch ready the day before actually but still.
non-working day =
get up around 10ish
go to the toilet and do a im not telling
have a really shitty breakfast
watch the recorded friends from the day before
go into my room where I will switch my pc on leave it at irc, and switch the 360 on and play that while constantly turning round to see my non existing messages.
Get up 7.30 after alarm

shit builds up on your teeth throughout the night, the acids out of food when mixing with this shit is what generates corosion.
by cleaning your teeth first thing in the morning, you remove the shit and so the acids dont mix when you eat.
this is what some dentist told me anyway, dont quote me on it though.
