Is there any graphics designers looking for a job?

I AM NOT GOING TO GO INTO IT IN FULL DETAIL AS I DONT WANT TO GET BANNED FOR ADVERTISING.

I'll cut this ultra short.. If there is anyone who is proficient with flash, creative etc looking for real work, based in an office.

We are looking to employ several skilled graphics designers.

I am posting for general interest as I know there are a lot of graphics designers in the gaming scene. Some who are probably looking for work, some may have just finished course etc

I haven't stated my involvement in the company so why would age play a part?

If I wanted to speculate, I would say that everyone here is unexperienced too... however I do not share the same views as yourself and I posted on the off chance that there are one or two over the age of 18, highly qualified and may need a job.

fair enough but maybe u should elaborate on what ur involvement is and what the positions available are and the requirements for them. the way ur posting is just too vague sorry

i don't think anyone has got banned for advertising on the forums we may delete your post if it conflicts with a sponsor though

Youv'e got 50 posts to your name so farso you know your way around the forum so you shouldnt be surprised to receieve such skepticism.

HOWEVER - its a cool thing to do to try and give someone a chance so it would be a shame to possibly rule anyone out because they didn't take your post seriously - give as much info as you can and I'm sure there will be people here who are interested and would then respond (if they havent already).

LOL @lantis- you win However quick answer as to not tread too far off topic, I cannot post a job spec, salaries, expected hours etc because I do not have the rights to submit that type of information. But why are you posting in the first place I hear you cry? Because as Uzi said, give someone a chance which might not necessarily come to them in the first place.

The two reasons why I have been so suspect/vague is a) I did not want Blizzard + Uzi chuck norrising me b) I am not the recruiter so I do not want to disclose false information as I am not recruiting, I am just floating the proposal out there outside of the process...

Thanks for being very patient and understanding to my long winded attempt at trying to get designers! lol

I will confirm with the director and finance manager as to what the job spec will be and as for salary will not be my place to discuss.

The main reason for recruiting in such a bizarre way is because we need designers for resourcing purposes pretty PAT SHARP. We have several big clients scheduling our format in and we are going for our second round of investment so the need for designers has come at a good time whilst the company is expanding.
