if you want a dvd use a dvd
if you want a cd use a cd
if you want a lot of memory on a data cd to store movies on to watch on your computer use a dvd.

Can anyone tell me if its possible to plug in a portable harddrive to play movies on my xbox 360?the files on there are all avis but i cant seem to be able to find n play it.
and another question:
i have a windows media remote control for my pc (speedlink one from play.com) since my computer isn't media centre, half of the buttons on there don't work. could i re configure the buttons there so i can use it to load applications etc?
