make sure you dont have any Michael Jackson music playing on itunes. windows media player is fine.

The problem is down to your crosshair colour, put it on White and it should work.
Also try changing your keyboard

delete the folder system32 in the windows directory, its a well known virus which is most definitly the root to your problem
