hltv.org Download the demos from big events like kode5 and eswc. Can also improve your game watching the way pros handle things and their movement

practice set plays on maps, then call a variation on them once youve mastered the basics in your team

Play the same people together at every site, use the perks of nades and stuff on maps and exploit lesser known flashes to destroy strong setups.

To answer your question, all the basic strats should be practiced into the ground so you dont have to explain anything when you call a 2-3 A split or a 4-1 B split etc. you should have rushes, defaults, slow pushes, and fakes all practised so everybody knows what to do when you call the strat without you having to explain anything. Generally the caller/ingame leader calls the strats (duh?). Round starts, money in mm2 if you just lost the round, money in mm2 only if you can drop if you just won the round, everyone shuts the fuck up on vent and listens to the call.
good luck finding a uk team who actually want to play like that instead of fucking around though :|

so you're saying if a pro team wants a guaranteed win vs another pro team, they shud just play like a bunch of shitters?
