I doubt that can actually tell you what % body fat you are, the best way is with calipers or electrodes, although when the swim team tested me electrodes, i was aparently 26%, using the calipers i was like 12% which is about right

yea i doubt the body fat thing can be anywhere near accurate, i tried another and it said something like 19% but that was just a simple weight and waist measurement

and I thought I was taller :(
