I had the same problem (thankfully it's stopped doing it now for some reason), it wasn't the memory. Tried 1 stick out of 5 at a time and happened.

I'll repeat. It might not be the memory, I done a memtest and everything came back fine. I personally think it's driver related. I've spent endless hours looking for the answer.
