Something along the lines of

Core i3 (duel core, no point going quad unless your using programs that can utilize all cores)
4Gb DDR3 Ram
Samsing Spinpoint F3 1TB
5750 GFX, or 4850 (cheaper but great card)
Antec 300 case.

What SiNN said, but change the hard drive for a Samsing spinpoint F3 500gb/1Tb. I'd also go for the Antec 300 Case and get a Corsair 450w VX power supply as it comes with 5 years warranty (and there very, very good PSU)
