Note: They're not all specifically comedies, but you should still watch them if you haven't. Most of them have funny elements though, specifically Nathan Fillion's stuff and Chuck is primarily a comedy.

It's got Nathan Fillion from Firefly/Serenity fame, and I love it. Fillion plays a best selling novelist Richard Castle who works alongside the NYPD to solve crime and shit. He's brilliant though.
