I'm in exactly the same boat, I'll be watching this closely.
I've been told you don't want to go every day, at least have a rest day planned during your weekly routine.
I do, 5 min walk on the running machine, then hit the bike for 15mins. Go and do some sit ups with a weight ball and a bench on major incline. Then go on the rowing machine for 15mins, do some pyramid training, running machine for 15mins and then finish up with some more sit ups.
Been every other day for the last 2 weeks, already noticing a massive change! :D
It's working for me, not sure if it's correct though..
I don't have protein shakes, I just eat 2 eggs when I get home. hahaha.
