Killed 2 young boys and crippled their Father.

Now out and playing for Swindon and is going on pre-season tour of Italy.

No, i think he should serve the full 7 years, but all prisoners get the right for early release hes no different hes in like Class D prison anyway its basically open prison had day release for months, theres alot worse people getting out earlier that actually mean the crime they did. but there not in paper lol

Think the main cause for thought is that 7 years is hardly a sentence in the first place for the crime.

Surprised another club took him on. Wonder how the players with kids and Swindon will feel about him coming in? The amount of abuse that is going to come at him from away fans will be unreal.

Couldn't say. Eye for an eye you would say life. He took the lives of 2 kids, which he was 100% to blame for. Can you argue with anything less than life?

reason he only got 7 years was because it was an accident, you cant say life for a life because what if it was genuinely an accident yeah it sounds bad "you've killed someone but still but it can be accidental? am i the only one who thinks that?,

i do however think pedophiles and terrorists should be hung injection w/e

He was twice the limit. He didn't accidentally get behind the wheel drunk.

You're trying to make it a black and white issue but it's not, there are shades of grey with alcohol related stuff.

Is what he did as bad as pre-meditated murder of a family? No.

I'm not, it is a huge shade of grey, I think that his punishment was harsh enough. He has killing two children and maiming their father on his conscience for the rest of his life - I doubt that sort of guilt will go away. I just think that there have been so many campaigns for the seriousness of drink driving that ignorance isn't an excuse. He chose to get into the car.

I don't really know what murder has got to do with it? You would go to prison for the rest of your life for the premeditated murder of two children.

Sigh, I agree with the guys saying that this is shameful and he should be kept in prison for life.. On a weekly basis I have to pick up smashed up cars due to drinking.. Just wish it was only the guilty driver that got hurt.
