i will be alot more then 12.6% bodyfat now and couldn't possibly guess what it is now id added a shit load of weight on since i last had i done. i dont have photos i go to the gym because i enjoy it, not to take my top off at every chance i get lol,
im benching 110 120 130kg 3 sets i will go up if i feel like it,
im DB pressing 50's 3 sets of 10's and could quite easily go up but i use the bar,
last time i did squats i was doing 170kg that will be lower now i done my leg in at football
deadlifts i got up to 200kg but only managed 5reps
i alternate my training each week ill go heavy 1 week then next week ill super set each exercise im on, i train 6 times a week 2 of them are cardio days,
mon shoulders bies
tues cardio legs abs
weds chest tries
thurs cardio legs
fri back bies
saturday chest tries
sunday sometimes ill go do cardio
before anyone comes and says im over training, ive not had 1 injury, and i train with someone whos ex army and used to compete in bodybuilding
