Hey think they'res quite a few people who live in birmingham here, pardon if i'm wrong. Any insights into good weights gyms there, most likely moving there within coming months.

Ironworks in kings norton, Emporium on the tyburn road - they're the 2 main 'meat head' gyms in birmingham that i know of.

there's shit loads of fitness first type places though too.

Oh and there's a 24 hour virgin active on broad street, thats pretty good + cheap.

Not been to the one in birmingham myself but was using pure gym in Edinburgh had a good free weight section with squat racks and all else which was needed. Was also really cheap compared to others at £17.99 a month too. Also open 24/7 so was great as no need to have to rush to get there and workout before it closes. Might be worth checking out.

i will be alot more then 12.6% bodyfat now and couldn't possibly guess what it is now id added a shit load of weight on since i last had i done. i dont have photos i go to the gym because i enjoy it, not to take my top off at every chance i get lol,

im benching 110 120 130kg 3 sets i will go up if i feel like it,
im DB pressing 50's 3 sets of 10's and could quite easily go up but i use the bar,
last time i did squats i was doing 170kg that will be lower now i done my leg in at football
deadlifts i got up to 200kg but only managed 5reps

i alternate my training each week ill go heavy 1 week then next week ill super set each exercise im on, i train 6 times a week 2 of them are cardio days,

mon shoulders bies
tues cardio legs abs
weds chest tries
thurs cardio legs
fri back bies
saturday chest tries
sunday sometimes ill go do cardio

before anyone comes and says im over training, ive not had 1 injury, and i train with someone whos ex army and used to compete in bodybuilding

can already tell toby, your like the many fat cunts I see in my gym, who think their hench, but they have no lean muscle on them

I mean who does a routine like that
legs and chest twice in a week, really?
I cant understand when your body is ever building muscle, as you've never resting.
