Used both myprotein and bodybuildingwarehouse standard BCAA powders, BBW > MYP as the taste is horrible although the quality of the products are the same.

Take it prior to workout to prevent tissue breakdown as fast resulting being able to achieve higher loads throughout the workout than without. I used to take it morning, pwo/post and bed dependent if didn't have a shake with bcaas already in. Always given me a better hardening look to muscles when carb loaded also.

FYI

Nutritional Information

Amount Per 2 Tablet Serving:
BCAA: 3000mg (1500mg L Leucine, 750mg L Isoleucine, 750mg L Valine)
Vitamin B6: 18mg (1285% RDA*)
*RDA = Recommended Daily Allowance

What are the recommendations for vitamin B6?

The Reference Nutrient Intake (RNI) or daily amount recommended by experts in the UK is:
•1.4 mg/day for men
•1.2 mg/day for women

research has shown that long term use of high doses of supplements of vitamin B6 may affect the sensory nervous system leading to loss of sensation in the hands and feet and permanent nerve damage

Partly Faken- yeh, but simple things as not having a set routine to the day, staying up late, going out etc..

Basically not having a job is the bottom line.
