has anyone read this shit lol? one of the guys was on steroids and spending £300 a day on cocaine for 8 years, now hes blaming the steroids for his heart troubles and being put in hospital.


i knew a few people on steroids and none of them have had trouble on them but they dont abuse them and as for negatives abit of back acne is about it lol,

im sure there must be a few on the site who take them?

I don't take them, but I know that steroid usage enlarges your heart, and can cause heart troubles later on.

Just because you know a few mates who take steroids that haven't had any issues doesn't mean steroids doesn't cause issues. Its like saying your gran smoked 50 cigs a day for 70 years and she lived to be 130. Just because some someone doesn't have negative affects doesn't mean someone else wont.

I think the biggest cause for steroid related illnesses is down to pre existing conditions, most likely ones you don't know about.

but obviously the guy in the article is a joker if he's solely blaming roids (haven't actually read the article, cba with the sun).

ive done roids and had absoulute no side effects at all. (except tiny balls but that was expected).

Theres a difference between knowing what your doing and just taking them to get bigger cos your a dick. If you do them properly with a propper PCT then theres no reason why they will cause you harm. I was spose to do 12 weeks of cyp and deca but ended up doing 9 cos of a shoulder injury... wouldnt do them again, but glad I did them to get the inside view.

thats mental. TBH doing both steroid and cocaine is what made his heart explode, dont know how he can blame solely just 1 of them.... either or will do it eventually.

Im surprised he lasted till he was 30 odd before his heart exploded.

or just the sheer fact that they were going for years on end taking steroids everyday.. haha! talk about not knowing anything about what your doing.. and oral roids destroy your bowels. gyno tits are easily solved if your estrogen levels are too high but thats highly unlikely if you know your shit.

Most steroids sound so dodgy to me, I don't understand why anyone would risk taking them. I've got friends taking them, knowing that they can seriously harm their liver and kidneys from doing so, I guess they're being slightly more sensible taking supplements which help protect their liver from damage, but still.

One of my friends gets steroid mood swings as well, which when you're built like a brick shit house it really isn't good being a bit of a loose cannon.

It's all about volume. Some people don't look into steroids before taking what there mate at the gym told them to take.. Most people don't even know what a PCT is.

Isnt it GH that causes englargement of the heart and other organs?

indeed I remember some article on Steve Redgrave when he stopped competing in the rowing. they said his heart was the size of a rugby ball or something silly and he would have had seriously problems if he stopped exercising so he still had to do loads a day and slowly stop doing as much

roids would put your heart under additional stress as well, and it would grow far beyond its natural means.
