Jailbroken Ipod Touch/Iphone

Any user hear with a hacked ipod or iphone i could use some help. After recently upgrading to firmware 1.1.4 and jailbreaking it i cant seem to get the modded version of Customize to work, whenever i try to rearrange icons in the dock it simply ignores it and doesnt work. Also when downloading custom skins for battery icons etc from installer it doesnt seem to recognise or display them. Anyone on here with any knowledge of what im talking about i could use your help, ive been trying to get it to work for weeks now and still nothing, im also willing to try with open ssh if someone would kindly tell me how to use it

yeah I have a jailbroken 1.1.4 iphone but i didnt think anyone had released a new customize? I think the current one only works on 1.1.3...are you sure you've got the right sources added? I just use smbprefs to change icons and backgrounds an shizzle.

When you download custom things you have to ssh into your phone, find the folder where the custom skins are (var>root>libary etc) then right click on the custom icons, click properties and set permissions to 755 so you can read the files. There are tuts on youtube if you dont know what i mean

edit: sorry i didnt read the rest of your thread...to ssh into your phone you need to download openSSH from installer. You then need an ftp client (filezilla works fine) and connect via ssh (not ftp) to your ip address (find that in the settings~network part of the phone with the username and password as 'root' and pw 'alpine'.

Then navigate to the folders to do whatever is needed. Your best bet for tuts really is youtube though, not the sgl

ive tried youtube but it never works ive got a 1.1.4 compatibilty patch for modded customize, it works with skins on batterys and slider tools etc but never if want to change things in the dock. Yeha i use smbprefs for skins and icons, got a sick source with 90 skins. Im gonna have to do more research into ssh due to the fact i have no clue how to use it, btw i ahve an ipod touch not an iphone
