its fps, you run a different speed at certain ones. i know you run slower on 85 there is other ones but i can't remember them guess 72 is one as well. you can fix it by going to 100 and have vsync off if your refresh rate isnt high enough, it shouldn't affect your net graph if it does just change your cmdrate to 72 and you'll only send the server 72fps

Nope, and besides cl_forwardspeed is only a ratio with cl_strafespeed or what ever it is.
Well i cba changing my fps to 100, guess ill have to run that bit slower!

cl_forwardspeed 320 put that to 900 on stupid servers like dustworld where the default sv_maxspeed is 900, you can take full benefit of being over 2x faster

Wrong, spent nearly two hours adjust rates, and trust me, the only way i can get my net graph settled is by using fps_max 72
