ive got zone alarm firewall which tells u what programs are connected to the internet, i am pinging fine on cs but generally websites are slow

OK, another immerse recruitment thread I know but this time with a slightly different aim.
We've realised that our caller finds it difficult to breach the welsh language barrier, thus making his calls extremely hard to distinguish. Therefore we are looking for someone with a fluent tongue in English that can regularly bang out calls whilst getting the odd kill here and there.
Us:
- SGL:Champ team, poor finish last season but we hope to actually have tactics this time around
- Site, IRC blahblah
- Good laugh
- Active when we try to be
- Mixture of Brits, great banter where the English normally prevails ^_^
- DaveK's AWP
Requirements:
- 17+ - at least 17 guys, as a leader we would probably prefer someone a little bit older but I'm 17 and I'm fucking brilliant
- Very good knowledge of maps and tactics, be able to read the game well and be forceful with calls, someone doesn't listen then go absolutely mental.
- Active, I want you to be so scary that when you want to play a game you TELL everyone else that they're to play, you're the don.
- Be a genuine nice guy and a laugh, fair play you can be army general when we're PrOgAmInG~ but outside of it you have to be able to take extremely witty insults from myself and try to understand what the other foreigners are saying.
- Have experience, vital really - if you've never called before then I'm likely to spit at you.
Well if you think you fill the following criteria drop by #immerse and PM either seckzual or myself, if we don't reply we're likely to be either smashing one off or working in Spar (not me).

Im just getting back into cs after like a year out... but the maps are all the same still, i used to do alot of tactics for all my past clans that competed in CSGN tactics always worked well... the only problem was when people didnt listen... which is kind of annoying but im game to give it a go .... past clans :- Lick, Void.gaming, Openfire, and loads more been thats long its the fkind of stuff i forget...... available for lans im 22 and from manchester with an astoundingly clear northern accent
