ok basically i dunno what to put as my 1st choice loughborough or leicester for economics, would be nice if people who are at these unies reply or people that have a clue give me some advice on which is the better choice!

ive visited leicester and i liked it missed the loughborough open day but my friends said it was good, i was thinking of flipping a coin! cant make up a decision!

Can't go that wrong - both are well respected uni's, I've visted Leicester as a few mates go there - and afaik its got one of the highest student satisfaction rates.
Loughborough economics is rated 3aB and Leicester 5B according to Times online.
I'd go for Leicester, but its a stupid question, you should have visited both - you'll spend 3 or 4 years there...

Keep looking up stuff about each university, there are also forums specifically designed for those who are not sure which university to go to. Grab as much information as you can about the course, whether its really right for you, phone up big businesses or write a letter to them asking which university would they suggest to give an advantage in an application for a job, and whilst your at it see if they will give you a scholarship!

loughborough, leicester is a complete shit hole, and being only 15 mins drive u can go to leicester anytime u want, but u still get to live ur first year on campus life which is sweet.
Also, im at loughborough, so all the more reason to pick it!
