7:30am i make a protien shake consisting of:
20g Oats, 1 banana, small cup of milk, 2scoups of 50g protien and ice.
On the way to work i get pomegranet (sp) juice or cranberry. Cranberry day today
I never ever drink fizzy drinks, i have like the odd 1 over a month... makes ur teeth feel well shit and its well bad for you..
fck knows how u lot can drink that in the morning... just wrong..
