The clear favourites for the cup - Sweden come into this tie like a hitman coming to town to finish off the target quickly and leave with as little fuss as possible. As winners of the CB Nations Cup the Swedish team has nothing to prove here having already displayed the skills and teamplay they have in abundance. The player base comes of course from the CGS franchises in the form of Stockholm Magnetix and Berlin Allianz bolstered by elements of Faxzup. I have managed to get our upcoming CCL event mentioned in each of these previews and this is no exception, a miniscule three entries from Swedish teams have left them the poorest represented nation in the upcoming event - feel free to throw a few more teams in to redress the balance guys.

Does anyone in the first round have a tougher task than the Irish? possibly not though I doubt it's going to make them worry too much going into this match (I would be surprised if they regarded it as being anything than a bigger scalp to try and take). With players taken from Anomaly, complete Control and tct the Ireland team will have to be on their game to keep up to the Swedes and with the best will in the world it does seem unlikely that a second round berth will be waiting for them. I have nothing against Sweden but I do love and underdog - come on Ireland.
