wtf, thats wrong, i worked out it to be £5.55 im on a salary of £10k (which for the job i do is shit.) a software tester (the average salary in reading is 35 - 40k a year (see if yu can work out a dif answer Smile

)

divide by 12 (months) then work out how many hours you do a month. divide your pay by your hours to get your wage.
