the fickle customer service rocks, a mate of mine has 20mb for £10 a month just by saying he was gonna goto bt even though he was just kidding lol, anythings better than BT ^_^

anybody on virgin media and its been really bad the past few days or so? 100+ ping. it will keep jumping from 15-20 to 100-1000 :X

and if yu use the telephone/web/sms registration, i maintain all that and if there is any problems, i hav 2 fix them or reply to them guiding them on what to do, but theres 2 systems which do them (ours and our rivals xD) so yu might use ours Smile
